Hi, I'm Chef Rico.
Sol Spice was born out of my restaurant kitchen during the lockdown. I wanted to make hot sauces that prioritized real complexity and acidity over just burning your tongue.
Every bottle is packed with flame-roasted organic peppers, organic apple cider vinegar, and fresh garlic. No thickeners, no additives. Just real fire.
